Share only what is needed to place and receive an order. Avoid sending personal documents or account codes outside the official Adepa Smart Store website. Review your account profile and addresses regularly, and keep your contact details up to date.

Use a strong unique password, sign out on shared devices, and never share one-time codes. Adepa staff will never ask for your password. You can update your password anytime in Account security.

Complete payments only on the official Adepa checkout. Card and mobile money details are handled by trusted payment partners and are not shared with sellers. Never send payment codes, PINs, or one-time passwords to anyone claiming to be Adepa staff.

Be cautious of emails that pressure you to act immediately, ask for your password, or send you to unfamiliar websites. Adepa will never ask for your password by email. When in doubt, open Adepa directly and check your account or contact support.

Scam texts or chats may impersonate Adepa, request off-platform payment, or claim your order will be cancelled unless you click a link. Do not reply with codes or payment details. Report the message through Support.

Callers may pretend to be Adepa support and ask for passwords, OTPs, or remote access to your phone. Hang up if you feel unsure. Adepa staff will never ask for your password over the phone.

If someone contacts you claiming to be Adepa and asks for codes, passwords, or payments outside checkout, do not engage. Report it through Support with as much detail as you can, including screenshots when possible.

Fake promotions may promise unrealistic discounts or ask you to pay outside Adepa. Do not click unfamiliar links or send money. Report the promotion through Support so we can investigate.

Only use the official Adepa website. If you find a site or app copying Adepa branding or asking for payment details, leave immediately and report it through Support.
