How do I track my delivery?
Go to My Orders, open the order, and check the latest status and timeline updates from the seller and platform.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are only possible before the seller ships. Contact support quickly with your order number if the order is still processing.
What if my package is late or missing?
Confirm the delivery address and order status first. If the expected delivery window has passed, contact support so we can follow up with the seller.
