How returns work and how to request a refund.
How do I start a return?
Open the delivered order in My Orders and follow the return option if the item is still within the return window and eligible.
When will I get my refund?
After a return is approved and processed, refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Timing can vary by bank or mobile money provider.
What items cannot be returned?
Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Check the Returns policy and the product/order details before requesting a return.
